This shop policy is part of the Website “Terms and Conditions” and outlines the payment, shipping, packaging and refund practices of Nartooni’s shop.
We accept all major credit cards as payment. We do NOT accept money orders or checks.
All orders from our shop are shipped via USPS with tracking provided for USPS Priority mailings only. Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address given during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Due to COVID-19, many shipments are likely to be delayed. Nartooni is not responsible or liable for delays in delivery time.
At this time, we are unable to process international orders. We may ship internationally in the future.
We put a lot of care and attention to detail in packaging your items. Packages usually are shipped three times a week.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. All inquiries about orders, complaints, or other topics related to the delivery of your package must be directed to email@example.com and will be answered within 1-3 business days.
